In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. otw88 strictly enforces this age minimum and will request proof of age during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with Clause 3.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or automated system acting on behalf of another entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely for personal recreational purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Territory at the time of placing a bet.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of otw88 or any of its software, data, or payment providers.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or any other licensed gambling platform as part of a self-exclusion programme.
• You are not acting under duress or under any impairment — including the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any medication that impairs judgment — at the time of placing any bet.
• All personal information you provide during registration and KYC verification is truthful, current, and complete.

Each individual may hold one registered Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds, and a mandatory review of all transactions prior to release of any real-money Balance.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (KTP or valid passport).
• Date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name for OTP two-step verification purposes.
• Your preferred bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal processing.

otw88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point — including during, but not limited to, the KYC verification process triggered before the first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. otw88 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-step OTP verification on your Account as an additional security layer.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify otw88 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

otw88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. In the event of a reported security breach, we will temporarily freeze the Account, conduct an investigation, and communicate our findings within 5 business days.

All deposits on the otw88 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following deposit methods are supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though enhanced due diligence may be applied for deposits that trigger internal transaction monitoring thresholds.

Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet transfers. Bank transfers are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB) and within 30 minutes outside those hours, subject to your bank's processing times.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate compliance review, potential forfeiture of the deposited amount, and possible account suspension.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your otw88 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawal requests may require additional processing time.

Processing timelines by method:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically processed within 60 seconds to 5 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): Typically processed within 15–60 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Transfers submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available banking window.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid Indonesian passport, along with a selfie holding the document. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC approval will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.

otw88 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the following general bonus terms, which supplement any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable as cash. Only winnings generated from wagering with Bonus Funds — after wagering requirements are satisfied — may be transferred to your real-money Balance.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports pre-match bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Live casino bets contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. Certain game types (e.g., low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering — this will be clearly indicated in promotion-specific terms.
• otw88 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already claimed it, the member's accrued progress toward wagering requirements will be honoured up to the point of withdrawal.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will be voided and the associated Account suspended.

All bets placed on the otw88 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the corresponding stake is deducted from your Account Balance. Bets in a "Pending" state have not yet been accepted and carry no binding commitment on either party.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet vary by sport, league, and market. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. otw88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• otw88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Account Balance in full.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets submitted during a market suspension period will not be accepted. If connectivity issues prevent a suspension notice from reaching your device, any bet submitted during the suspension window will be voided.
• Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all other leagues are settled in accordance with official competition results confirmed by the relevant governing body. Results from unofficial sources, including live score aggregators, are not used for settlement purposes.
• For *mix parlay* (accumulator) bets, all selections in the accumulator must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided legs, and the applicable odds are revised accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or during any compliance request.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities to place bets at incorrect odds or on markets that would not otherwise be available.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to influence the outcome of any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, whether from criminal proceeds or from any other source that otw88 is required to report under applicable financial crime regulations.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying any part of the Platform's software, data feeds, or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the otw88 support team or any other Platform user.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, interface design, software, game content, odds data, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of otw88 or is licensed to otw88 by its respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to otw88.

You are permitted to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content — in whole or in part — without prior written authorisation from otw88 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

otw88 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the vast majority of our members, can become problematic for a minority of individuals. We take our duty of care seriously and provide the following tools to every registered member:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR from your Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session-Time Reminders: Configurable alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to notify you of the duration of your current play session.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic pop-up summaries showing your net win/loss position for the current session, displayed at intervals you choose.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with a minimum exclusion period of 30 days. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion window. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion at any time.

21+ Adults Only. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. otw88 supports parental controls and encourages parents to use internet-filtering software to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, otw88's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

otw88 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or telecommunications outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
• Decisions made by you on the basis of odds, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to a data provider error.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature, regardless of whether otw88 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in this Clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by otw88's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by otw88.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by otw88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, otw88 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian banks and e-wallets.
• Fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Delivering platform functionality and customer support.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

otw88 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with authorised service providers acting under data processing agreements, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

otw88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 calendar days before the revised terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be implemented without prior notice.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must notify otw88 in writing before the effective date and cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document always reflect the current version. Previous versions of these Terms & Conditions are available on request by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which otw88 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration institution.

otw88 operates as an internationally licensed online betting platform. Users in Indonesia access the Platform on the basis that they are doing so voluntarily, in full understanding of their local regulatory environment, and solely for personal recreational purposes. It is the User's responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration.

otw88 maintains a formal internal complaints procedure. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 calendar days of submission, you may escalate it via the dispute resolution process described in Clause 15.
